Position Title:EXECUTIVE CHEF : Corporate Dining Pay 15 Reports To: Salary:100,000 : ,000 Other Forms of Compensation: Bonus eligible Become part of Restaurant Associates, the industry's leading provider of dining and event catering for some of the nations most prestigious museums, performing arts centers and corporationsVoted Glassdoors Employee Choice Awards:Best Places to Work in 2021,This is R/A Job Summary Working as the Executive Chef for a corporate dining account at 11 Madison Ave, you will be responsible for the success of culinary services including Catering (50), Executive Dining (25) and the Cafe (25). You will ensure quality of daily service, safety andsanitation compliance, provide menu planning, cost control and financial oversiggt, and staff leadership. This position is Monday through Friday with hours flexing between 6:30am and 5pm, depending on operational needs.
