Essential Duties and Responsibilities: :Answer telephones and direct inquires in a professional and client centric manner.:Maintain confidential personnel files.:Assist management staff in preparing confidential employment and labor relations documents, including but not limited to proposed disciplinary notices.:Assist with staffing, including finding staff when employees call out on short notice.:Work effectively and maintain good working relationships with hourly team members.:Assist with all related HR functions, including new hire and returning team member orientations.:Complete daily, weekly, and monthly filing as assigned.:Ensure all personnel files, I:9s and other personnel records are maintained and are up:to:date.:Serve as a gatekeeper for the HR Department.:Ensures confidentiality of all HR related matters.:Review Trail balances to ensure proper allocation of staff.:Attend in:service and/or safety meetings as required.:Maintain clean and safe work environment; ability to perform job safely.:Fluency in Spanish, preferred.:Performs other duties as assigned.Apply to Levy today Levy is a member of Compass Group USA Click here to Learn More about the Compass Story Compass Group is an equal opportunity employer.
