The Associate Attorney will work within a dynamic legal team, managing a caseload and ensuring timely and effective representation for clients. They must demonstrate strong attention to detail, the ability to multitask, and a commitment to meeting deadlines. The successful candidate will be licensed to practice law in the State of Minnesota and possess the skills to work both independently and collaboratively. Duties:Manage a caseload under the supervision of senior attorneysConduct legal research and draft legal documentsCommunicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and internal stakeholdersAttend court hearings, depositions, and other legal proceedingsAssist in case strategy development and implementationMaintain accurate and organized case files and documentation Requirements:Licensed to practice law in the State of MinnesotaAbility to work both independently and in a team environmentStrong attention to detail and ability to multitaskAbility to meet deadlines and respond to changing prioritiesAbility to manage a caseload effectively Education:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school Certifications:Admission to the State Bar of Minnesota (active and in good standing) Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesProficiency in legal research and drafting legal documentsCommitment to professionalism and ethical conductAdaptability and willingness to learn new areas of law
