Your responsibilities as part of a team will include: Reviewing new account applications Reconciling customer/supplier accounts Managing relationships to resolve account queries Communicating via email & telephone Assisting with departmental tasks Participating in ledger reviews Collaborating with internal departments and the Financial Shared Service Centre Supporting company audits Purchase Ledger Uploading invoices into SAPReconciling supplier statements Managing payment runs Managing petty cash and cheque payments Chasing internal invoice approvals Expenses Managing staff cost centre data Creating new users Approving business expenses Resolving expense-related issues Skills and Attributes Required for the Purchase Ledger Advisor Strong attention to detail Good numerical skills Ability to work effectively in a team Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite including Excel Excellent communication skills Sage, SAP knowledge is an advantage What’s in it for You If you are enthusiastic, eager to learn, and ready to take on a new challenge, we want.
