Handle project scope, proposals, design, project engineering, etc. Seeking engineer with experience working on USACE, DOD, DOE, DOT and other government agency projects. Federal, state and local projects. Need engineer with strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Upbeat, positive and ambitious are what we need in this role.
