We are growing and looking for a full-time service coordinator who has integrity and professionalism to join our team in Montgomery, Alabama. Who You are: You have great communication and strong customer service skills. You are self-motivated and task-oriented. You work well with a team. You have an excellent work ethic and leadership skills. What You will be responsible for: Submit items requiring Contract Amendment/Adjustment to Customer Accounts to the Contacts department. Schedule, quote, and discuss repair services with customers and technicians, and provide customer updates via phone and in-person Research and maintain month-end open tickets needed to process invoices Coordinate and dispatch service technicians; communicating with customers and technicians until satisfactory job completion Open, process, and close work orders and update applicable systems with service history. Process and respond to scheduling requests from customers, technicians, engineers, and site visits and repair services for managers. Maintain time & material parts process and communicate to the customer when parts have been ordered and received, as needed. Complete other various duties assigned by management. Exhibit excellent customer service, critical thinking, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Capable of managing time properly and efficiently and self-starting. Ability to prioritize, adapt, and remain calm in stressful situations. Ability to pass a drug test and background check required. Passion for helping others.
