Privately owned by the same family for over 40 years.Job Summary:This is a position that requires manual labor in a fast-paced environment. Your primary responsibilities will be loading pallets of products onto delivery trucks using both sit-down and standup forklifts. Our warehouse is clean and well-lit, with a concrete floor. You will also have access to the latest technology to help you achieve our delivery goals.--Essential Functions:--- -- --Operates standup and sit-down forklift.----- -- --Manually picks cases of barrels for transport--- -- --Loads and unloads delivery trucks and rotates inventory--- -- --Unloads pallet-sized beer--Required Education and Experience:----- -- --Previous experience working in a warehouse and operating motorized sit-down and standup forklifts and other warehouse equipment is a plus--- -- --Previous experience with RF computers preferred.--- -- --Able to work required shift hours, including overtime as needed--- -- --Scheduled Attendance is requiredPhysical Requirements:--- -- --Stacking duties require bending down on the floor level to lift beer cases weighing up to 20 pounds, 1/4 and 1/2 barrels, when full, up to 160 pounds, and empty, 20 pounds.----- -- --Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.----- -- --Must be able to load and unload packages.----- -- --This position requires physical labor.--Benefits:--- -- --Comprehensive Benefits (medical, dental, vision, and life insurance)----- -- --Supplemental Life Insurance--- -- --Employee Assistance Program--- -- --Health Reimbursement / Health Savings Account - Must be enrolled in an eligible high deductible medical plan--- -- --401(k) - Discretionary Company Match--- -- --STD/LTD available----- -- --Paid Time Off (PTO)EEO Statement:Our company is committed to equal employment opportunities.
