Your role will be to:* Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employees, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive workplace culture.* Talent Acquisition and Onboarding: Lead recruitment efforts, from job posting to candidate selection, and manage the onboarding process for new hires.* Training and Development: Identify training needs and perform or coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills and development.* Compliance: Ensure adherence to HR policies, procedures, and compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.* Benefits Administration: Oversee employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks, addressing employee inquiries and ensuring compliance.* Employee Engagement: Plan and execute initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and overall workplace experience.* Performance Management: Manage performance appraisal processes, providing guidance to managers and contributing to strategies for performance improvement. If this is you, come join us!* Bachelor’s degree in human resources, or a related field.* Preferred Education: HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP)* 4+ years of experience in human resources roles.* Solid understanding of employment laws and regulations.* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.* Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.* Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite.
