BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated "Shipping Warehouse Operator II" for an opportunity in Jackson, MI 49201 Position Title: Shipping Warehouse Operator II Location: Jackson, MI 49201 Anticipated Start Date: Tentative 5/27/2024 Please note this is the target date and is subject to change. BCforward will send official notice ahead of a confirmed start date. Expected Duration: 01 Year Job Type: Full Time 40 Hours Contract, Onsite Pay Range: $19/Hr an hour on W2 Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.). Job Description: High School Diploma or GED required : Shipping and Receiving processing; Incoming receipt processing; Generation of Shipping documents; Bill of Lading; Pick Ticket; Packing List required: Knowledge of shipment planning functions and transportation management systems required: Basic Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Snag-It, Power Point) Powered Industrial Truck Experience (fork-lift) required: Basic transportation knowledge (49 CFR, IATA, IMDG, RCRA) SAP Experience preferred Must be to lift 50 lbs. repetitively and up to 70 lbs. on an occasional basis This position will be in an office and not in a warehouse. Shipping and receiving experience is a plus. SAP experience is a plus.
