Position Overview: As the Director of Toxicology, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our toxicology strategies. Your expertise will guide our efforts to assess and mitigate potential risks associated with our products and processes. You will lead a team of skilled toxicologists and collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement toxicology strategies to assess the safety and potential hazards of our products. Lead and manage a team of toxicology professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and fostering a collaborative work environment. Oversee the design and execution of toxicological studies, interpreting results, and making recommendations based on scientific findings. Collaborate with R&D, regulatory affairs, and product development teams to integrate safety assessments into the product lifecycle. Stay abreast of emerging trends, regulations, and advancements in toxicology and incorporate them into our strategies. Communicate complex scientific concepts and findings effectively to internal teams, stakeholders, and regulatory agencies. Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory guidelines and requirements in all toxicology-related activities. Qualifications: PhD in Toxicology, Pharmacology, Biochemistry, or a related field. years of demonstrated experience in a leadership role within the field of toxicology. Proven track record of designing and implementing successful toxicological strategies. In-depth understanding of relevant regulations, guidelines, and industry practices. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
