Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated technology leader to join our Corporate IT Team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in leading the development of the applications the internal team uses every day to manage client interactions and track workflows related to product sales, implementations and client success. This role will also oversee our Business Intelligence and CRM division and will be responsible for transforming raw data from our business systems into meaningful insights. Your team will work closely with the executive team and department leaders delivering them the information they need to ensure we keep our business operating smoothly and that we are able to grow at our desired pace.This is a high performance team and technical knowledge and experience is a must. Role and Responsibilities Manage and lead development teams facilitating the architecture, implementation and on-going support of CRM, Business Intelligence and other Corporate applications. Promote alignment to our corporate strategy via the strategic planning process. Build and sustain relationships across major divisions of our business. Communicate with Stakeholders and Executives to understand priorities and establish predictability for delivering projects and enhancements related to our corporate applications. Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams for integration of Corporate Applications as needed to deliver products easily and securely. Collaborate with IT Program Manager to define and maintain workflows for Corporate Application development and maintenance. Ensure support for CRM, Business Intelligence and other Corporate Applications is provided in a timely manner and with excellent customer service. Establish guidelines to support security and user management as it relates to Corporate Applications. Qualifications and Education Requirements Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology 5 years leadership experience Experience with Agile/Scrum development and delivery model Proven success managing high output teams Preferred Experience Experience managing and developing low code / no code configurable applications Proven experience driving customer and stakeholder value through technology solutions Experience managing and supporting CRM/Sales platforms through SugarCRM Experience with Business Intelligence platforms and Tableau In Return for Your Expertise, You Will Receive: A total compensation salary range of $120,000 - $130,000 (DOE) 100% Full Remote opportunity Excellent benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance, work from home and flexible scheduling depending on job requirements, professional development opportunities, 9 paid holidays, and 15 days PTO.
