You know how to get things done, love managing projects, tracking metrics, and taking action to increase revenue. You’re exceptionally good at breaking big projects down into the essential steps and knowing the best order to take action on them. You relish the idea of digging into site optimization and funnel conversions. You know how to convert a live launch into an evergreen funnel that will produce new clients, day in and day out. You are improvement orientated and love to brainstorm ideas, follow data, and figure out how to make things better. And you even enjoy writing copy. (You don't need to be a full-fledged copywriter, but you can put together a good marketing email). You have a high drive for results, you're organized, and are a problem solver with an optimistic can-do attitude. With you nothing is impossible. Responsibilities (tasks associated with the role) Digital Launch Management - Live and Evergreen Keep the team accountable to the timeline & deadlines Communicate regularly when deadlines are approaching Schedule and send all emails for launches Manage the database and keep it clean and up-to-date Build and execute evergreen funnel launch from existing live launch plan Set up email sequences, lead nurturing campaigns, and other automated processes to continuously promote the evergreen product Monitor KPIs and metrics in order to make data-driven decisions for optimization Funnel & Tech Management Work with Shannon and the VA team to build landing pages & funnels Test the quality and performance of opt-ins & funnels and sales pages Continue to develop an understanding of new marketing funnel strategies Manage tech systems - ClickFunnels, Kajabi, Infusionsoft - and ensure they are integrated and working effectively Edit funnel conversion pages to improve conversions (bonus if you can write them as well) Media Buying Develop campaigns and ad strategies to reach the desired target audience Monitor and optimize campaign performance Analyze data and metrics to provide insights and recommendations for campaign improvements Create advertising campaigns that can be scaled and run continuously to promote the evergreen product Affiliate Management Communicate with affiliates or their launch manager prior to and during launches Reach out to potential affiliates to onboard them into the launch Ensure all marketing assets are available on time and are accessible to affiliates Podcast Management Quality check podcast delivery from the squad Book podcast guests on “The Expert Edge” podcast Develop podcast growth ideas Create a draft of the weekly newsletter Schedule & send a weekly newsletter Track and report analytics Requirements (expected proficiencies to excel in this role) This position is for a person who is: Previously experienced as a Digital Marketing Manager (or similar role) Proven experience with live launches and evergreen funnels Driven Tech-savvy Proactive, takes initiative, and self-motivated Detail-oriented Enthusiastic Direct but kind Organized and optimistic Fast on their feet Enjoys a complex challenge Consistent in communication Readily responsive during working hours Able to identify and implement new systems Excellent with follow-through Efficient Solution-oriented Willing to invest in this position long-term Additional requirements: Available to work 9 am - 5 pm Central Access to a computer with a reliable internet connection Consistent, distraction-free work environment Business travel 2-4 times per year Attend all team and marketing meetings This position is NOT for someone who: Isn’t “techy” Prefers a slow-paced work environment Is unavailable to work during Central time zone Needs a lot of hand holding Is sensitive or easily offended Is highly emotional Software Utilized by Company ClickFunnels, Infusionsoft (Keap), Kajabi, Monday.com, Voxer, Vidyyo.ai, Wordpress, Slack, Calendly, Google Workspace Current Team Members CEO, Small Projects Manager & Customer Success Specialist, Website Manager, Podcast Team, VA Team in the Philippines Offer Details This is a full-time, remote, employee position.
