Service DirectorHybrid + TravelDirect Hire - $131K- $143KMonday-Friday 9:00 AM- 5:00 PMMain Job Duties:· Required to track KPI's and achieve established objectives· Develop and submit yearly budget for Maintenance, as well as approve larger expenditures within budget.· Ability to manage priorities and workflow.· Demonstrated success in managing and motivating team members.· Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills· Collaborate with Property Management team to ensure Resident satisfaction as well as filing insurance claims and residents charge backs.· Proven experience and understanding of Single-Family Rental properties (SFR)· Candidate must be an effective leader and will be directly responsible for teams consisting of Project managers, field managers and coordinators.· Candidate will ensure Maintenance Tickets are dispatched and closed in timely manner.· Responsible to meet objective cost to maintain, review and approve over budget expenditures.· Time management skills with ability to multi-task and prioritize work.· Managing all day-to-day Maintenance SFR Operations.· Assist with all other duties as assigned.Job Requirements:· Bachelor's Degree or 7 years of relatable experience· Experience in SFR Property Management, Maintenance or Construction· 5 Years of experience managing multiple layers of teamsAddison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
