Midcon Exteriors is expanding, and we are looking for a skilled install specialist to install gutters, sofit, fascia, roof repairs, and small miscellaneous carpentry. $18-$27 HR depending on skill and experience. Company vehicle, health reimbursement. Will train the right person. Our growing company is looking for a hard-working and skilled construction worker to help deliver quality repairs and installations for our customers. If this sounds like you, apply now! Responsibilities: • Adhere to all directions from the construction manager, and work with other team members to complete construction projects accurately Qualifications: • Carry a valid driver's license• A high school diploma or equivalent is required - Trade certification, associate’s degree, and/or completed apprenticeship program is highly preferred• Solid mechanical skills are needed, as are good eye-hand coordination and depth perception• Previous construction experience, knowledge of construction methods, tools and equipment, and an understanding of blueprints and construction plans is required• Physical stamina and physical strength are needed• Ability to work in adverse weather conditions such as extreme temperatures and rain Compensation: $18 - $27 hourly About Company: About Midcon Exteriors Midcon Exteriors is an award-winning roofing contractor in Northwest Arkansas building a great customer experience into every project.
