Responsibilities: Efficiently install air conditioning, heating, control systems, IAQ, and humidity and temperature control systems in accordance with manufacturer specifications. Conduct startup procedures and troubleshoot a diverse range of residential HVAC systems. Forge enduring customer relationships; continually enhance understanding of customer needs and expectations. Undertake additional tasks as delegated. Qualifications: Minimum of two (3) years of experience in residential HVAC installation. Possession of EPA Universal Certification with proficient knowledge of R-410a. Familiarity with fiberglass and metal ductwork installation. Experience in control wiring. Hold a valid Driver's License with a clean record for the past five (5) years. Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
