The candidate must have a license to practice law, litigation experience, and a record of success. Duties:Collaborate with other attorneys in managing multiple cases.Prepare litigation reports, risk assessments, and legal documents.Make court appearances on behalf of clients.Oversee discovery process.Perform research and negotiate favorable settlements.Meet with clients, gather evidence and witnesses, assemble cases, and present them in trial.File motions, appeals, and work on settlements out of court. Requirements:Law degree from an accredited law school.Licensed to practice law in the State of Florida.3+ years of litigation experience, with an emphasis in plaintiff’s bodily injury preferred.In-depth knowledge of civil procedure and torts.Strong ability to draft, review legal documents, and train with senior attorneys.Excellent research, problem-solving, and communication skills.Ability to communicate effectively with clients, expert witnesses, and opposing counsel. Education:Law degree from an accredited law school. Certifications:Licensed to practice law in the State of Florida. Skills:Strong understanding of civil procedure and torts.Excellent research, problem-solving, and communication skills.Ability to manage multiple cases effectively.Proficiency in drafting and reviewing legal documents.Experience in negotiating settlements.Ability to work collaboratively in a legal team environment.
