Practice Area: Employment Law - Wage and Hour - General,Employment Law - Litigation Plaintiffs & Class Actions,Litigation - Labor & Employment, Job Type: Attorney, Firm Type: Law Firm, Experience: 3 Years, A law firm in San Diego, CA, is seeking a Labor and Employment Litigation Attorney with a minimum of 3 years of experience to handle all aspects of litigating individual and class action labor and employment law cases. The candidate will play a crucial role in advocating for clients in various legal proceedings and providing high-quality legal representation. Duties:Handle all aspects of litigating individual and class action labor and employment law cases.Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.Propound and respond to discovery requests.Take and defend depositions.Conduct witness interviews.Participate in settlement negotiations.Argue motions, attend hearings, and represent clients in trials, arbitrations, and mediations. Requirements:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Admission to practice law in California.Minimum of 3 years of experience in labor and employment litigation.Experience in wage hour class action litigation is required.Excellent research, writing, analytical, and oral advocacy skills.Proficiency in Spanish is a plus. Education:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications:Admission to practice law in California. Skills:Strong research, writing, analytical, and oral advocacy skills.Ability to handle all aspects of litigation independently.Proficiency in Spanish is preferred.Strong negotiation and mediation skills.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
