Position Overview: We are seeking a compassionate and knowledgeable Veteran Benefits Professional to join our team and specialize in final expense insurance for veterans. In this role, you will play a crucial role in helping veterans and their families navigate the complexities of end-of-life planning and ensure they have the financial protection they need. Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive consultations with veterans to understand their end-of-life insurance needs and preferences. Educate veterans on the benefits of final expense insurance and how it can provide financial security for their loved ones. Educate Veterans and Families on what Veterans Affairs provides for them and help them secure the gaps in their final expenses. Assist veterans in selecting appropriate final expense insurance policies tailored to their individual circumstances and budget. Provide ongoing support and guidance to veterans and their families throughout the application and claims process. Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and enhance each Veterans experience. Stay informed about changes in insurance regulations and benefits programs relevant to veterans' final expense planning. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and referral partners in the veteran community. Qualifications: No initial experience in the insurance industry, as we do provide world class training. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize and connect with veterans and their families. Proficient in conducting needs assessments and providing personalized insurance recommendations. Knowledge of veteran benefits programs and eligibility requirements related to final expense planning. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Compassionate and patient demeanor with a genuine desire to serve the veteran community. Commitment to upholding the highest ethical standards and maintaining client confidentiality. Servicing Veteran families through our comprehensive referral program with the utmost care.
