BASE SALARY RANGE : £34,000 - £52,000 (Pounds Annually, not including bonuses (company target of 12%) and benefits. If you don't align with our values, please don't apply. ABOUT THIS POSITION: Patch My PC is looking for an Account Executive who will work 8 AM - 5 PM Local Time , Monday through Friday. This position is fully-remote, but candidates must live and be authorized to work within the UK or Europe. ARE YOU? An " A" player? Enjoy working in a fast- paced environment? Enjoy trying and learning new things? Have the ability to empathize with and help others? Avoid workplace shenanigans? RESPONSIBILITIES: Relationship management: Serve as the lead point of contact for all of your assigned customers Proactively engage with your customers to build and maintain strong relationships Go above and beyond to support your customers from their initial inquiry through the sales pipeline Customer service: Respond to general queries via email, chat, and phone Problem solving and non-technical issue resolution Identify opportunities to create great customer experiences Administration Prepare and send quotes and invoices Send license information and record welcome videos Manage customer data within the CRM Teamwork Share feedback and ideas to improve our ways of working Support and collaborate with your team mates REQUIREMENTS / MUST-HAVES: Minimum 2 years experience in a sales, customer success, account management, or client services role Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years professional experience Strong verbal.
