Responsibilities: • Compile representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for homebuyers for a seamless transaction and positive sales experience• Search for prospective homebuyers and present them with information on homes that fit their needs and budget • Coordinate efforts to negotiate property sale between buyer and seller to achieve desired results• Follow up with prospects via email, phone, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and generate qualified leads• Have open houses to build relationships with prospective homebuyers and introduce them to their local real estate marketYour Day-To-Day• Connection Over Transaction: Host open houses where you’re not just selling a property but understanding an individual’s dreams• Be the Bridge: Guide both the buyer and the seller to a happy ending, ensuring a seamless transaction process• Follow-Up, Don’t Chase: Keep in touch with leads through thoughtful communication, turning prospects into long-term clients Qualifications: • Over 1 year of buyer’s agent or real estate experience preferred• Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car• Experience with the local real estate market and general trends• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills• Applicants should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree desired Compensation: $100,500+ at plan yearly About Company: Gulf Pointe Properties was established in 2009 amidst a volatile real estate market.
