The ideal candidate should possess 3-5 years of litigation experience, preferably gained at an AmLaw 100 firm. Superior writing, research, and analytical skills are essential, with the ability to navigate and take ownership of a multi-matter docket. Duties:Handle class action defense, complex commercial litigation, securities, and consumer litigation mattersEffectively communicate, verbally and in writing, with clients, lawyers, business professionals, and third partiesProduce deliverables, answer phone calls, and respond to correspondence promptly and efficientlyProvide timely, accurate, and high-quality work productSuccessfully meet deadlines, expectations, and perform work duties as requiredFoster positive work relationships within the firmComply with all firm policies and practicesEngage in both physical and sedentary activities, such as extended computer work, digital/virtual conference calls, and meetings as neededPerform all other duties, tasks, or projects as assigned Requirements:3-5 years of litigation experienceStrong academic background from nationally recognized schoolsPrevious federal clerkship is a plusClass action experience preferredSuperior writing skills Education:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school Certifications:Admission to the State Bar of Florida Skills:Excellent verbal and written communication skillsProficiency in legal research and analysisAbility to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectivelyStrong attention to detail and organizational skills This Amlaw firm is best known for allowing its associates to find a balanced work load that best suites them.
