Great Mecial Benefits once hired on!JOB PURPOSE:Performs accounts receivable and accounting functions according to established procedures or as directed by accounting supervisor.As an Accounts Receivable Clerk you will: * Invoice daily sales orders * Invoice Drop shipments AP and AR invoices * Receive and process incoming payments, including checks, wire transfers, credit card payments, and electronic payments. * Accurately apply payments to the correct customer accounts in the accounting system. * Identify and resolve payment discrepancies or issues in a timely manner. * Reconcile daily cash receipts and investigate and resolve variances. * Answers accounts receivable phone inquires and follow-ups * Calls and/or mails correspondence to customers as necessary in order to update accounts * Monitor collections and contact and follow up with customers if needed to collect payment * Assists the Accounting SupervisorThis is a full time positionThe ideal candidate will have: * Strong administrative, communications, and customer skills are essential * Requires tact and courtesy in dealing with individuals both inside and outside * Math capacity, attention to detail, and ability to organize and handle multiple activities. * High school diploma * Must be able to work on routine assignments with knowledge and good judgmentPay range $22.00-25.00/hr*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.Qualified candidates should APPLY NOW for immediate consideration!
