Job description Mechanic HelperDuties:- Assist mechanics in performing repairs and maintenance on vehicles and equipment.- Retrieve tools, parts, and equipment as needed.- Clean and organize work areas to maintain a safe and efficient workspace.- Assist with diagnosing mechanical issues and troubleshooting problems.- Perform basic maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and filter replacements.- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.Qualifications:- Previous experience working in a mechanic shop or similar environment is preferred.- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work well in a team.If you are looking for an opportunity to learn from experienced mechanics and gain hands-on experience in the automotive industry, this position may be perfect for you.Job Type: Full-timePay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hourBenefits: 401(k) Employee discount Flexible schedule Paid time off Schedule: 8 hour shift Monday to Friday License/Certification: Driver's License (Preferred) Work Location: In person
