Responsibilities: • Record monthly and quarterly sales and performance goals to ensure they are being met• Track sales performance: Monitor monthly and quarterly metrics to meet company goals.• Follow up on leads: Make warm calls to interested customers.• Deliver excellent service: Ensure customer satisfaction and retention.• Manage accounts: Build and maintain customer relationships for ongoing business.• Cross-selling and Up-selling: Identify opportunities to introduce additional products or services to existing clients, thereby increasing revenue potential and enhancing customer satisfaction through comprehensive solutions.• Problem resolution: Act as a point of contact for addressing customer concerns, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the sales cycle. Qualifications: • Great time management, interpersonal, and communication skills, both written and verbal• Two years of previous sales experience • Experience using CRM software as part of the sales process• High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred• One year or more of customer service and sales experience (recommended)• Excellent listening and communication skills• Laptop and/or iPad• High-speed internet• Quiet work space Compensation: $60,000 - $70,000 at plan yearly About Company: At T.
