Job Description: As a Reformer Pilates Instructor at Elite Sports Clubs- Brookfield, you'll lead dynamic and engaging Pilates classes using reformer equipment. You'll empower participants to enhance their strength, flexibility, and overall well-being through targeted exercises and movements. With access to state-of-the-art facilities, you'll create a supportive environment where participants can thrive and achieve their fitness goals. Responsibilities: Lead Reformer Pilates classes, and one-on-ones, for participants of all fitness levels. Design routines focusing on core strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination. Demonstrate proper form and technique, ensuring safety and effectiveness. Provide modifications and adjustments as needed to accommodate individual needs. Motivate and encourage participants to challenge themselves and reach their goals. Maintain a clean and organized studio environment. Qualifications: Certification as a Pilates Instructor with a Reformer Pilates specialization. Previous experience teaching Reformer Pilates classes. Strong knowledge of anatomy, biomechanics, and exercise physiology. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Passion for health and wellness. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
