Operations Business Analyst II (Remote) We have an immediate need for a contract Operations Business Analyst II to join a world-class academic medical center. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business analysis, project coordination, and proficiency in utilizing tools such as ServiceNow for report writing and support. The role demands strong interpersonal skills, analytical prowess, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Location: Los Angeles, CA (Remote working Pacific hours) This job expects to pay about $40 - 45 per hour plus benefits. What You Will Do: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. Utilize ServiceNow report writing tool to create and maintain reports, providing insights and recommendations to drive business decisions. Serve as a liaison between various departments, facilitating communication and ensuring project milestones are met. Leverage expertise in MS Office suite to develop and maintain departmental templates, streamlining processes and enhancing efficiency. Demonstrate proficiency in Excel, including advanced functions, data analysis, and integration from multiple sources. Maintain and support ServiceNow platform, addressing user queries and troubleshooting issues as needed. Actively participate in the maintenance of departmental SharePoint site content. Provide coaching and guidance to team members, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented work environment. What Gets You The Job: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Health Administration, or Office Management. Proven experience in Business Analysis, Project Coordination, or similar roles. Proficiency in ServiceNow report writing tool and supporting ServiceNow platform. Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a detail-oriented and thoughtful approach to assignments. Self-motivated individual who can take initiative and drive projects to completion. Experience with general departmental SharePoint site content maintenance. Preferred experience in healthcare, hospital, or health system settings.
