Opportunities for Otsego Helping People Changing Lives Join Our Team Classroom (Toddler) Teacher I: Early Head Start Head Start is seeking a creative, organized individual to join our teaching team in meeting the physical, cognitive, and social/emotional needs of toddlers enrolled in the Early Head Start center-based program. As a Classroom Teacher I you will: Work with the Classroom Teacher II to develop, coordinate, and implement daily lesson plans, classroom activities, and outreach events Guide children as they learn new skills including feeding, toileting, and self-care. Foster a welcoming and safe learning environment that promotes safe exploration for children and encourages parents to be active participants in their child's education. Assist in supervision of classroom teaching staff, volunteers, and support management in ensuring compliance with day care licensing and Head Start Performance Standards.
