Manages performance of staff which could include clinical, front desk and lab through competency assessment, training and feedback. Partners with the clinic manager on achievement of business and financial goals of the practice. Successfully demonstrates the three organizational leadership competencies of: building effective teams; process management and prioritization. Education & License Requirements: Knowledge of nursing theory and practice as acquired through completion of a Bachelor's degree in Nursing. Consideration will be given to applicants currently enrolled in a baccalaureate program in nursing or a BSN completion program with an anticipated graduation date within a time frame to be agreed upon, not to exceed 4 years from hire date. A license to practice professional nursing in the State of Wisconsin. Current CPR certification - Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers through American Heart or American Red Cross is required. Additional certification may be required depending on unit. Skills & Experience: Two years of outpatient clinical experience with preference in Pediatrics. One year supervisory or other leadership experience preferred.
