Job Details Location: Washington, DC (ONI Facility) Security Clearance: TS/SCI Education/Experience: Level II: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Certifications: Level II: CISSP, CEH, and Certs required per SECNAV M-5239.2. Responsibilities: Install, configure, and maintain server operating systems (Windows Server, Linux RedHat) and software, applying patches and updates to ensure system security and reliability. Manage virtualization technologies like VMware vSphere or Microsoft Hyper-V for server consolidation and efficient resource utilization. Monitor system performance using tools like SolarWinds or Nagios, optimizing server configurations for optimal performance and availability. Implement and manage backup and disaster recovery solutions, using tools like Veeam or Acronis, to ensure data integrity and availability. Automate routine administrative tasks using scripting languages (PowerShell, Bash) and automation tools like Ansible or Puppet, improving operational efficiency.
