Groundskeeper Price Edwards and Company is looking to hire a groundskeeper in Oklahoma City to perform various tasks that keep our apartment buildings in order. WORK SCHEDULE FOR A GROUNDSKEEPER This full-time position works a typical schedule of Monday to Friday 40 HOURS A WEEK. Maintains grounds and removes all litter daily. Shovels snow from walks and driveways. Spreads salt on public passage ways to prevent ice buildup. Plants grass, flowers, trees, and shrubs. Waters lawn and shrubs. Prunes shrubs Repairs fences, gates, walls, and walks. Paints fences and outbuildings. Cleans out drainage ditches and culverts. Sweeps sidewalks and curbs and keeps breezeways clean. Assist make-ready with removing appliances, and preparation of units for move-in. Complies with all work rules, including those that pertain to safety and health. Team player, self-motivated.
