Description:
Locum CRNA needed to start ASAP and work 6 - 12 month contract with option to extend in Dallas, TX. Must have TX license. Schedule: Monday - Friday, Schedule is flexible – 4 x 10s, 5 x 8s 40 hour workweek guarantee. Minimum 2 weeks availability per month. No call. Cases: GI, Lab focus. CRNAs are supervised. Credentialing: 90 120 days. No temps available 6 - 12 month contract with potential to extend. EMR: EPIC. $500 referral bonus received for any referral who works 30 days. $All-inclusive Competitive Hourly pay + A++ rated malpractice insurance with tail coverage included.
