JOB SUMMARY: Reporting to the Executive Director of IT, this role is responsible for leading the planning, execution, and delivery of sales & marketing projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating business processes and operational procedures with recommended improvements to - or new requirements for - implementing industry standard and best practices to support the operations of the Sales & Marketing team. This role requires a blend of sales & marketing expertise, project management skills, technical expertise and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Actively support and participate in projects, from concept through design, development, implementation, and post-launch evaluation. Identify, evaluate, and implement process improvements and technological advancements to enhance sales. Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, milestones, and risk assessments. Participate in cross-functional team meetings to review project status, resolve issues, and coordinate activities. Support CRM/CPQ configuration and administrative functions as well as write, maintain and support a variety of reports or queries using appropriate reporting tools. Assist in the review, testing and implementation of CRM/CPQ upgrades or patches as well as evaluate and recommend new applications able to provide a competitive advantage. Maintain awareness of current trends in CRM/CPQ with a focus on applying key technologies. Perform other related duties as assigned KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Strong knowledge of sales & marketing processes, and related technology. Proficiency in project management software tools, CRM software, and Microsoft Office Suite. Understanding of CPQ tools and configure to quote sales concepts. Proven ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities. EDUCATION AND EXPEREINCE : Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology or a related field. A minimum of 2 years of experience supporting sales and marketing teams Experience in implementing and supporting CRM, CPQ or similar applications com administration experience a plus PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent is a plus. Working in a collaborative team and balancing the needs of individual stakeholders while delivering corporate objectives.
