About the Team Belonging & Diversity is a Center of Excellence (COE) within the People & Purpose (HR) function that serves all of Workday. We are a group of consultants that provide guidance to improve and drive key Belonging & Diversity initiatives. About the Role In the Senior Program Manager, Disability Inclusion Program role you will partner with the leader of the Disability Inclusion program and serve as part of the global Belonging & Diversity organization. In this role, you will be responsible for completing global projects and initiatives of high complexity that are dedicated to advancing disability inclusion within our organization. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience driving the scoping and the implementation of strategic initiatives that lead to the development of an inclusive environment for all. About You Basic QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field (e.g., social work, human resources, diversity studies)Outstanding knowledge of the ADA and other equivalent laws globally that support people with disabilitiesFamiliarity with assistive technologies and accommodations to improve accessibility5+ years in program management leading interconnected work from inception to completion, with a focus on disability inclusionExperience collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate inclusive practices, procedures, and organizational cultureExperience providing guidance to department leaders on crafting accessible and accommodating work environments for all WorkmatesAbility to work independently and lead multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environmentOther QualificationsFamiliarity with diversity metrics and data analysis, and the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations Workday Pay Transparency Statement The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants. Each candidate's compensation offer will be based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, geography, experience, skills, job duties, and business need, among other things.
