Job Title: Flexographic Press Operator 2Shifts: Afternoon (3pm - 11pm) and Overnight (11pm - 7am)Job Description: * Operate, adjust, and maintain various press equipment efficiently. * Execute all preparatory tasks related to press operation, including plate or cylinder installation, inspection for flaws, and ensuring accurate image positioning. * Conduct color corrections and press adjustments before production to uphold quality standards. * Perform press cleaning, lubrication, and minor repairs, replacing worn or damaged parts as needed. * Execute manufacturer-recommended periodic maintenance procedures.Qualifications: * Proficient understanding of offset printing techniques, materials, equipment, and safety protocols. * Ability to comprehend job specifications and determine optimal press settings and materials. * Skilled in precise control adjustments and operational maintenance of equipment. * Competency in performing routine maintenance and minor equipment repairs. * Familiarity with adjusting packing pressure to achieve desired printing results. * Proficiency in using micrometers for accurate printing plate alignment.
