The Opportunity: PLA's Regional Admissions Recruiters are excellent atpossessing a core focus on overcoming objections, territory management, and leadgeneration, along with strong connections in the region, community engagement skills, andexceptional presentation and communication abilities. This role presents an excitingopportunity to make a significant impact on student enrollment and educational access inIndiana. The Details: Key Deliverables: Sales Expertise: Proven track record of success in sales, with a focus on overcomingobjections and closing deals. Ability to effectively articulate the value proposition ofPhalen Leadership Academies and address concerns raised by prospective students andfamilies. Territory Management: Proficient in territory management strategies, includingidentifying key communities, allocating resources effectively, and developing actionplans to maximize enrollment opportunities in targeted areas. Lead Generation: Implement innovative lead generation techniques to identify andcultivate prospective students and families. Utilize various channels, including digitalmarketing, community outreach, onsite events, and referral programs, to generate leadsand increase enrollment prospects. Strong Regional Connections: Established network and connections within the Michiganregion, including educational institutions, community organizations, and keystakeholders. Leverage these relationships to enhance brand visibility, fosterpartnerships, and generate enrollment leads. Community Engagement: Actively engage with local communities to build relationships,raise awareness, and promote Phalen Leadership Academies as the preferred choice forquality education. Organize and participate in community events, information sessions,and outreach activities to connect with prospective students and families. Presentation and Communication: Exceptional presentation skills with the ability todeliver compelling and persuasive presentations to various audiences. Strong writtenand verbal communication skills are essential for effectively conveying the benefits ofenrolling in Phalen Leadership Academies and addressing inquiries from prospectivefamilies. Data-Driven Approach: Utilize data analysis and market research to identify enrollmentassess competition and inform strategic decision-making. Track and analyze lead metricsto measure progress and optimize enrollment strategies for maximum effectiveness. Experience and Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Education, or related field. Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in sales, enrollment management, or related field,preferably within the education sector. Proven track record of success in meeting or exceeding sales/enrollment targets. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish meaningfulconnections. Knowledge of educational policies, enrollment procedures, and market trends inMichigan preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. Ability to travel within the region's priorities (centrally located in Indiana) The Network: PLA is a transformative education nonprofit changing communities across the country by providing a depth of resources not found in the traditional education model. The Campus: This is a remote position, but will generate leads for all PLA Michigan schools Compensation and benefits: PLA's School Operations Managers receive a base salary that is competitively aligned to the market.
