The IP Litigation Associate Attorney will be responsible for handling all aspects of intellectual property litigation matters, including drafting pleadings, motions, and briefs; conducting legal research; attending court hearings; managing client relationships; and providing strategic legal advice. Job Details:Strong legal writing skills required for drafting pleadings, motions, and briefs.Willingness to travel for court appearances.Possess a strong business and entrepreneurial sense.Excellent communication skills for managing internal and external client and counsel relationships.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and issue resolution skills.Degree in electrical engineering and/or computer science preferred. Experience:2-5 years of litigation experience required.
