We are looking for good quality people for a prominent local family's growing needs. Our work environment includes: Growth opportunities Pay based on experience Education advancement opportunities (related to position) Safe work environment Flexible working hours -Relaxed atmosphere Responsibilities: Assist in food preparation and meal assembly Follow recipes and portion guidelines to ensure consistent quality Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment Assist with inventory management and shopping Collaborate with the family on meal planning and requests Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines Assist with dishwashing and cleaning duties as needed Skills and Character requirements: Must have high moral standards and be a good and kind person Previous experience and general knowledge of South Indian Cuisine Knowledge of basic culinary techniques and food preparation methods Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Provide care for elderly parents Help with office work Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Flexibility to work evenings and weekends This is an incredible opportunity to work personally for a prominent family in an assistant chef type position. This role will start with 2-3 times per week initially and could evolve into a staffed position within the family estate team in the future.
