While prior experience is preferred, we welcome candidates without CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) certification who are eager to learn and grow in the healthcare field. Responsibilities: Assist patients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.Provide companionship and emotional support to patients.Assist with patient mobility and transfers.Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the nursing staff.Assist with meal preparation and feeding as needed.Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent.Compassionate and patient-oriented with a desire to help others.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to follow directions and work effectively within a team.Willingness to undergo on-the-job training and education.
