The Washington DC area has an immediate need for a Family Medicine physician. Excellent Work-Life Balance: You will not be required to work from home. There are no after-hours or on-call duties. Unlike other institutions where extended hours and homework can be expected. This model supports professional development and well-being. A base salary of between $230,000 to $240,000, along with a potential upto $15,000 annual bonus based on performance indicators.. 50% of premiums paid by employer for medical, dental, and vision insurance, provide malpractice insurance, and offer a 401K plan to secure your future.. Enjoy a $1500 annual allowance for Continuing Medical Education (CME) and reimbursement for Virginia medical license and DEA fees..
