Qualifications: Required/Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's Degree AND 5+ years experience in product/service/project/program management or software development OR equivalent experience 4+years of experience inproduct development. Including deliveringone or moreAI,cloud services,enterprise grade solutions, and mobileapps 2+ years of practical experience in AI techniques & tools, asevidencedby priorprojects 2+ years working on REST APIs or other code-first products Preferred Qualifications : Priorhands-onexperience with LargeLanguageModels (LLM)such as OpenAI and others,Azure AI,AzureMLortheirequivalent is highlypreferred Customer focus and a deep commitment to delivering products that create customer value and delightfulexperiences Enterprise customer and partner engagement skillsincludingability to createadelivery plan, trackprogress,andresolve issues,risks,and blockers as theyarise Effective communication skills with a broad range of audiences and ability to influence withoutauthority A high tolerance for ambiguity and change Outstanding problem solving and conflict-resolution skills across a set of technical, product, and businesschallenges Experiencewithenterprise solutions and a deeptechnicalunderstanding of softwareandhardware Product Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $112,000 - $218,400 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $145,800 - $238,600 per year.Microsoft will accept applications for the role until May 29, 2024.Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
