Employer-paid Benefits Assistance/Advocacy Program Hourly Pay Range: $13.00 to $15.00 Duties: Ability to effectively utilize available technology, including computers, databases, portals, and software needed to successfully perform the essential duties of the job. Obtains appropriate and pertinent information from the potential new clients who contact the firm. Ability to type a minimum of 40 words per minute and efficiently process data in the intake system while simultaneously speaking and interacting with potential new clients. Contacts and communicates with potential new clients as needed, using various communication channels. Returns calls for pending and potential clients based on department protocol. Follows up with potential new clients via notes, phone calls, text messages, and/or email. Manages the list of assigned leads requiring follow up and maintains departmental quality metrics. Must be able to multi-task and to effectively communicate, problem-solve, and to overall handle tasks timely and tactfully with all staff levels and the public. Maintains a professional, courteous demeanor and provides excellent customer service to CR Legal Team's external and internal clients. Must be able to adapt to a wide range of diverse internal and external clientele. Communicates in accordance with, and understanding of, applicable State Bar rules related to protected clientele information, confidentiality, and the unauthorized practice of law. Complies with corresponding company policies and procedures. Performs other administrative duties as needed by Intake Leadership. Qualifications Seeking NC, SC, GA, and/or AL residents with a high school diploma or general education degree (GED) and three to six months related customer service experience and/or training or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Candidates who are bilingual in Spanish are preferred. We will also accept part-time applicants. Background checks will be conducted on all final candidates for employment.
