Servpro of Rocky Hill is hiring for an HR Manager!The HR Manager's function is to oversee the organization's growth and development through exceptional staffing,training, compensation, and employee relations. Ensure the culture of the franchise is adopted and maintained within all divisions.2. Evaluate overall performance by gathering, analyzing, and interpreting key performance metrics (KPMs).3. Build and maintain trusted relationships with directors, managers, key customers, clients, and partners.4. Ensure human capital budget is developed and in alignment with annual, strategic budget to include growthand attrition allocation.5. Effectively manage the training budget.6. Review and recommend policy and procedure update in compliance with federal and state employmentregulations.7. Manage liability insurance claims, worker comp., and unemployment claims.8. Submit any work-related injury documentation to work comp carrier, track injuries and OSHA 300 logs andpostings.9. Manage HR related activities, including staffing compensation, personnel records, and employee relations.10. Administer various employee benefits programs including group medical/vision, dental, life, andsupplemental insurances.11. Manage the entire employee life cycle, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and developingretention strategies.12. Investigate employee issues and conflicts and bring them to resolution, including, but not limited to EEOC,DOL, Wage and Hour filings.13. Evaluate organizational performance to ensure that training is meeting business needs and improvingperformance.14. Identify and assess the training needs of the organization through job analysis, career paths andconsultation with managers.15. Develop individualized and group training programs that address specific business needs.16. Select and manage resources, including working with both internal employees, SERVPRO Headquarters,and training vendors to develop and deliver training.17. Drive brand values and culture through all training and development activities.18. Continue professional and personal development of leadership, management, and teambuilding skills.19. Maintain a high degree of tact and confidentiality.Secondary Responsibilities:Other tasks/duties as required by employerNecessary Experience and Skill Set:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or other related field5+ years' experience in human resourcesExcellent leadership, management, and organizational skillsExperience in budgetingExperience with strategic planning and business developmentExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skillsOutstanding written and oral communication skillsSkills/Physical Demands/CompetenciesThis is a role in a fast-paced office environment. Some filing is required which would require the ability to lift files,open filing cabinets, and bending or standing as necessary.
