We re leaning on your expertise to make an invaluable impact in what we do.As a Manager, Print Services, you ll lead Purina's in-plant print shop in St. Louis, MO. You will ensure that the team creates high-quality products efficiently and cost-effectively and in the safest way possible while maintaining a high level of customer service and customer satisfaction.Provide supervision for the Print Services Team, including troubleshooting issues and providing guidanceWork as liaison between internal customers and outside vendor for warehousing and distribution of promotional items and new product samplesCommunicate daily with Print Services associates to coordinate workflow and solve problemsEnters orders and assist with back up in productionDevelop Print Services' annual budget, track monthly revenues and expendituresHandle equipment contracts, maintenance agreements, and pricing of servicesMarket the Print Services department and solicit new customersResponsible for Print Services' month-end closeRequirementsBachelor's degree in Business, Management, Graphic Design, Communications or a related field5+ years of experience in professional printing and/or graphic design with 3+ of those years in a supervisor role1+ years of experience with digital and wide format printingOther1+ years of experience with print project management software is preferred1+ years of experience with inventory management is preferred1+ years of experience with Adobe Creative suite is preferred The approximate pay range for this position is $83,000.00 to $118,000.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting.
