Description & Requirements Maximus is currently hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) to fill a Clinical Program Director role. The Clinical Director will oversee a team of nurses in Massachusetts. The Clinical Program Director will also perform client management and policy development. The Clinical Program Manager must be located in the state of Massachusetts, in or very near Boston. 30-50% travel will be required into our Quincy, MA location. Why Maximus? * Unlimited Time Off * Tuition Reimbursement Program * Mileage reimbursement at the Federal rate * 401K plan with company matching * Quarterly Bonus Opportunities * Employee Assistance Program (EAP) for your well-being * Employee wellness programs and enticing discount programs **This position is contingent upon award of the program*** Program Specific Duties: * Manage a team of nurses * Quality services * Hiring, training and developing employees * Implementing policies & procedures Program Specific Requirements: * Associate degree required * RN licensure in the state of Massachusetts required * 5 years of clinical supervision experience preferred * 3 years of policy development experience preferred * 3 year of client management experience preferred Home Office: * Maximus will provide all computer equipment * Reliable high-speed internet service + Minimum 25 Mpbs download speeds/50 Mpbs for shared internet connectivity + Minimum 5 Mpbs upload speeds * Private and secure workspace Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Act as the primary contact for the state client - Ensure program operations are in compliance with all applicable requirements of the contract, as well as State and federal regulations. - Ensure goals and objectives are established by Project Manager that support the overall Project strategies. - Oversee all project administrative operations including budget, financial controls, and human resources. - Plan, develop and schedule priorities for achieving operational and performance goals. - Review management, productivity, and financial reports and studies to ensure program objectives are met. - Participate in internal audits, research studies, forecasts, and modeling exercises to support Project direction and guidance. - Manage operational managers, to include performance appraisals, mentoring, and professional/development guidance. - Demonstrate a high level of dedication and proactive leadership in meeting corporate goals and program objectives. - Direct and control the activities of a broad functional area through several department managers within the company. - Overall control of planning, staffing, budgeting, managing expense priorities; and recommend and implement changes to methods. - Work on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth knowledge of the company. - Participate in corporate development of methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for projects, programs, and people. - Ensure budget and schedule meet corporate requirements. - Regularly interact with executives and/or major customers. - Performs other related duties as assigned.
