The EA balances patience in finding a solution with accomplishing the objective in a timely manner. The EA loves providing great customer service to clients and maintains great relationships with vendors. This individual is 100% committed to empowering the CEO to achieve advanced levels of success. They are an effective communicator, connector, and relationship builder. The clients are huge fans of this leader. This is a full-time, in-office/hybrid position. Typical work schedule is Monday - Friday 9am-5pm, with some nights and weekends. Compensation Package includes Annual Salary + Bonus and PTO Responsibilities:• Build, implement, and manage all systems for sellers, buyers, lead generation, database management, information management, and back-office support• Oversee all contracts through closing and review contract and listings documents for completion• Create and maintain an Operations Manual that documents all systems and standards for rainmaker• Guard the rainmaker’s daily schedule• Be the first point of contact in handling customer inquiries or complaints• Responsible for hiring, training, consulting, and holding accountable all additional administrative team members Qualifications:• Strong written and verbal communication skills- excellent spelling, grammar• Exceptional organizational and project management abilities• Concerned about doing things the right way• Calm under pressure - Think like a problem solver!• Learning-based• Service-based attitude• Proven ability to succeed Compensation: $55,000 - $65,000 yearly About Company: Meghan’s career selling the Saratoga Springs lifestyle all started in 2014.
