This is a very busy surgery practice that is a bread and butter position. Contracts have a guaranteed salary with no ceiling. Doctor is leaving due to family reasons and currently is at the 99% percentile leaving tremendous earning potential for someone coming in. $475,000 base salary with unlimited earning potential. 1:3 call schedule.
