The ideal candidate will have a strong background in handling various real estate transactions, including leasing, real estate financings, and purchase and sale transactions. This role requires excellent drafting skills and effective communication abilities. The candidate must be a current member of the State Bar of California in good standing.Duties:Work on a wide range of real estate transactions, including leasing, real estate financings, and purchase and sale transactions.Draft legal documents, contracts, and agreements related to real estate transactions.Provide legal advice and counsel to clients on real estate matters.Conduct legal research to support client cases.Represent clients in negotiations and legal proceedings as necessary.Requirements:Minimum of 6 years of experience in real estate law.Current member of the State Bar of California in good standing.Strong drafting skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Proficiency in handling various real estate transactions.Education:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Certifications:Active membership in the State Bar of California.Skills:In-depth knowledge of real estate law and transactions.Legal research and analysis capabilities.Effective negotiation skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong organizational and time-management skills.
