The ideal candidate will have strong drafting skills, litigation experience, and the ability to effectively communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and the court. Duties:Handle a caseload of workers compensation cases from start to finish.Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.Attend hearings, depositions, and mediations on behalf of clients.Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates on case status and developments.Collaborate with colleagues on trial preparation and strategy. Requirements:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Admission to the State Bar of Nevada and in good standing.2+ years of experience practicing workers compensation law.Proficiency in legal research tools and Microsoft Office Suite. Education:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications:Admission to the State Bar of Nevada. Skills:Strong litigation skills and experience.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to manage a caseload independently.Proficiency in legal research and writing.Attention to detail and organizational skills.
