Position Overview: As a Primary Care Physician with CareMedica, you will play a pivotal role in providing comprehensive primary care services to a diverse patient population. The ideal candidate is a board-certified physician with a passion for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care and a commitment to fostering positive patient-doctor relationships. Key Responibilites: --- Conduct thorough medical examinations and assessments. --- Diagnose and treat a variety of illnesses and injuries. --- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans. --- Promote preventive healthcare measures, and wellness initiatives. --- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of health professionals. --- Maintain accurate and up to date patient medical records. Qualifications: --- Medical degree from an accredited medical school. --- Board certification in Internal or Family Medicine. --- Valid non restricted medical licensure from the State of Connecticut. --- Strong interpersonal and communication skills. --- Dedication in providing compassionate, and comprehensive care. --- Commitment to staying current with medical advancements and best practices.
