As part of a high-performing, client-centric small business, we are looking to add an ambitious, honest, professional, and ethical Financial Advisor who will provide excellent service and advice to clients. This position is in charge of delivering top-notch financial planning and investment management advice to our clients, fostering on-going trust and satisfaction. This position also is in charge of helping our team and firm grow long-term. This is an on-site position with a career track, mentorship, and growth opportunities at LML. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, trustworthy, animal-loving team player that works hard and enjoys helping people achieve financial security and peace of mind. One of our team members is a gentle office dog, so you must be comfortable around animals and willing to care for her, as needed. Responsibilities: Financial Planning Investment Management (40%) --- Conduct client meetings and help clients with their needs. --- Problem solve and research/gather investment data for support. --- Gather client data to develop personalized financial plans. --- Prepare and execute trading for clients, when needed. --- Conduct investment/portfolio or planning projects. Client Service (40%) --- Keep up on changes in the industry and work with the team to adjust client plans and investments accordingly. --- Prepare for client meetings and assist our team with follow-up and implementation of items. --- Assist clients with inquiries and requests. --- Establish, update, and maintain client investment accounts. Office Management (20%) --- Assist in creating goals, strategic vision, and help with the direction of growth within the firm. --- Assist with technology, business management, and implementation of new solutions. --- Ensure team is adhering to the highest ethical standards. --- Help team cover various tasks when needed. Qualifications: --- 4+ years of relevant experience with knowledge of key financial, investment, and risk management concepts. --- Have current SIE, Series 7, Series 66, WI Health, and WI Life Insurance licenses or independently obtaining the qualifications currently (within 90 days of employment). --- Bachelor's degree in finance or other relevant field is helpful. --- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to establish priorities and manage multiple requests. --- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. --- Excellent problem-solving skills. --- Must be professional with a positive attitude and friendly demeanor.
